After purchasing a Sound, the participant cannot cancel their participation, nor is there any right to a refund of amounts paid.

If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date and time, the participant(s) may indicate another person(s) to use the service(s) purchased, if they inform JS-SdV up to 24 hours in advance.

In case of postponement/cancellation of the service by JS-SdaV, corresponding participation will be assigned in a next equivalent service, to be scheduled within the following 6 months, according to the availability of both parties.

Your personal data is stored solely for the purpose of providing services by JS-SdV and can be accessed and rectified at any time.

We have a legitimate interest from you and we need the contact information you provide to us to contact you regarding products and services.
